Tom

I do appreciate the info you have presented and that a
lawyer I believe has sold some of his holdings. I must confess now
that I too have sold some of the large block of warrants I purchased
at 36cents.
I wonder if this person has sold them back to the company
in their attempt to buy back 1 million warrants. With the amount he
has sold I dont think that many have traded on the open market.
I must admit you have my attention and I look forward with
wariness the earnings release.
I called and talked to Eric, the CFO at SOLP, last week and
he said then that the buyback was going excellent and offered without
hesitation to buy mine. Can you call him on Monday and present him
with all the questions you have. I would but I just talked to him last week and I dont want to seem a pest. Ask him for me what date they have picked for earnings release. He is real assessable and ready to talk.
Let me know if you dont plan to call and I will. A little more info could make all the difference.

Thanks kev

Yes, I believe Norman sold those warrants back to the company if I remember what the CFO told me when I was negotiating with him to sell mine.....(I haven't sold)
