Maher -

There will be 800 million shares authorized, but not 800 million issued.

In the meantime, one of the larger points you missed is that Iomega is actually making money, and their earnings continue to increase. The same cannot be said of SyQuest.

Also, there was some insider buying of Iomega recently.

Yes, there was no vote taken to increase the number of authorized shares in the last proxy statement. Iomega has all the authorized shares it needs to take care of the doubling of outstanding shares due to the upcoming split.
