John, I agree with you. It is very refreshing to see a OTC-BB company that is making a very nice profit. Many BB companies seem to have some great future expectation that may or may not ever happen. This draws in many people thinking they are going to become millionaires when some miracle cure is finally able to be marketed. And many times the stock can go to a $1.00 or more and the company is STILL losing money.

I would much rather have my money invested in a company that is doing a needed service in a high profit industry than some pie in the sky company that is still losing money.

Yes, The company has indicated that they have NO intention at this time of increasing the total outstanding shares. And they said they do not currently see any need to do this in the future.

I don't see any logical benefit to increasing the total outstanding shares. As John stated, it would appear to work against what they are trying to accomplish.

Audited financials and SEC filings are the last two pieces of the puzzle, in my opinion. That is why the stock is at such a low price right now.

When I last talked to Ira (company president), he said that he DIDN'T want to see the price artificially inflated. He said there are ways that could be done. But that IS NOT what the company wants. The price of the stock will increase on the company's merits.

I think what gives me a level of comfort is my numerous conversations with the company. What they have said they would do, they have done. That gives them credibility to me. I can't ask for more than that.

I don't think this stock will be a secret for much longer.

Cheryl

John, your comments were really interesting and true.

We may not been in front of a company that does high technology in a high profile market, but at least it is profitable! This stock is incredibly undervalued and very promising, what could we ask more? Moreover, we have a great thread with smart people like you, Cheryl or many other who are really willing to make life esaier to other shareholders.

We might be all very rich thanks to this great stock!

<John, your statements on the 504 >

Yout posting mentions that the company raised capital without an
increase in shares.
Unless the 504 was for bonds, this is impossible .
If it was for bonds, the compant must pay interest. Also any bonds or
preferred stock issued are almost always convertible to common stock when a company is this small.
if insiders sold, the money goes to the insiders, not the company.

Please clarify what you mean.
