Mr. Block, while we are waiting for Ted to post his comments, I have
some questions I wish for you to address.

Agiss - We have been waiting to see the first contract
announcement for a while now. IRA has been saying that Agiss should
be "a big player" in the market for contracts with the Canadian Gov.
Almost every single executive at Agiss has had a relationship, or has
worked for the Canadian Government in one aspect or another, but to
this date we are still waiting to hear when the Conversion Center
will be opened in Canada. We were told that this center would open in
the first week of Oct. I don't have to tell you that we are now in
Dec., with no word of when this "Conversion Center" will open.

Questions

1. When will this "Conversion Center", that we were told by IRA would
open in Oct., finally open up ?

2. How much code does Agiss expect to get from Canadian Gov. projects,
or other projects that may come their way ? How much of this code
is expected to be converted using the ConSyGen toolset ?

3. The excuses that the Canadian Gov. is not giving out contracts as
expected, or they, like everyone else, are in a delay mode, or that
they don't want press releases about potential contracts, have been
used by IRA many times in the past to explain the lack of
announcements on the part of Agiss. However, COGNICASE
(Nasdaq:COGIF), just recently announced a contract with the Dept. of
National Defense. biz.yahoo.com

This latest announcement by COGIF shows that the Canadian Gov. is
NOT delaying giving contracts to everyone, maybe it is just
Agiss ?

When will the excuses stop and the contracts, if any, come in ?

ConSyGen - IRA use to be the PR firm for ConSyGen, and as such,
I am sure you were given or bought private placement shares. In the
latest S-1 filing you personally, and IRA as a company, registered
shares to be tradable on the open market.

1. Are you planning to sell these shares at current price levels, and
more importantly, is IRA ?

2. I assume this was private placement stock subject to rule 144 time
restrictions, was this stock given to you, given in exchange for
services rendered, or bought ?

3. Other than owning stock in ConSyGen, does IRA currently have any
kind of business relationship with CSGI either directly or through a
third party ?

Thank you in advance.
