Several people have sent me private messages agreeing to be on the letter. If you want me to include your name as a signer, you can hit the private reply link above ("prvt reply") and give me the information you want to include. Or you can send to my personal e-mail: davidread.dr@gmail.com
I will revise the letter tomorrow and send it to those who want to sign by e-mail tomorrow afternoon for signatures. It could also be by fax, or with multiple separate signature pages, if easier.

It has been impressed on the letter writers (I think there are only about 10-15 that may write) to customize the letter to their own situation and send it by US Mail. It is not a comprehensive solution to our problem but just that extra added touch that the judge would think about when he is surrounded by a sea of lawyers and he is getting tired of them. What is being done on the board in writing professional legal letters is essential and the two approaches are meant to be complementary.

I hope that clarifies what I have been thinking.
