If Romney does not come out with at least a 5 point bounce from his convention then it is going to be a pretty uphill task for him. Obama is following him next week and then comes the debate in October. Expectations for Obama's performance during the debates are high. The high expectations are a risk for Obama. And what is at a greater risk is for Obama to carry attacks on Romney too far. People are expecting him to outline his plans (the Hope message). And if doesn't do that soon, he is done.
