Unreal. I can't figure out which is more tragic -- that the teacher would do that or that the children "are dumb as hell."

The expectations for those with low IQs shouldn't be such a surprise. Our educational system is trying to turn low IQ students into scientists, engineers and doctors. We know they have low IQs starting in elementary school. Why aren't they put into special schools then to learn how to do skilled manual labor? If that fails there should be schools for doing unskilled manual labor.
