to try and suck a lawyer in by saying that there is a 600 MM honey pot here is just plain incorrect. I will post stuff that has to do with the interactions of the company and the bk law if a lawyer is that naive about the BK process in general and ATPG in particular, does anyone really want to be represent by him/her? The quality of the lawyer will determine the outcome and you definitely want one that has be through multiple BK and has experience in representing multiple parties in different prior experience.
