Uncertainty about the Clipper asset won't be removed when it comes online. It will takes several months of production to do that, and there are good reasons to believe that it won't live up to the shareholders' hype and expectations. The same applies to other producing assets, most notably Telemark, which is also subject to great uncertainty. The market is usually right, and it probably is in this case also. The bonds are fairly priced at 30 cents on the dollar.
