I am sorry, but as a matter of bankruptcy law, I was correct. I now consider this discussion closed. I trust that you bothered to read the law. If not, I suggest that you learn how to. I also suggest that you not delude yourself as to what the bk process is about. The DIP lenders will see every last dime that has been drawn on their DIP loan before anything other than "course of business" etc. payments are made to anyone.
