"kinda right "?

If he had expressed it right it would have been because he knew what he was talking about. In Bill's case, he is neither a BK atty or even a mere ambulance chaser. And, if he is a real atty, he is a clueless one.
Bill shouldn't be wasting our time posting, as fact, that which he doesn't know about.

If he feels the need to impress us and appear knowledgeable he should simply say "I don't KNOW but in my opinion........

We know he doesn't know. He should know , too

He struck out

I am talking about exit priority. Not during the process. Ok? If the judge feels that the course of business payments do not benefit the estate, he will not permit them. That is why there is an item coming up to allow ATPG to pay the pre-petition claims of the Clipper contractors. Last court document filed yesterday. Bottom line, there is no 600 MM pig trough for people to salivate over. The judge tends to make things more comfortable for a quick exit rather than having the meter run and having Bleak House on his hands. And at exit, the DIP comes ahead over everyone.
