I have not heard that, although there is ample concern about the lack of financials. Remember, the company promised financials at the end of last year and delivered 3 months later. One of these days, it will catch up to them.

The letter E is added to the symbol of companies who have not filed a timely return, as this stock is a BB and not a listed stock, there may be no rule to that effect. This may be an exchange rule.
