Those of us in the large moderate tent should put Obama over the top in enough swing states to win. The big problem is the tea baggers continuing the trend of throwing out all moderates and RINO's in congressional districts this Fall. The division and gridlock could be even worse in a second Obama term. That is my big fear..

I am not so sanguine

What is obvious, given the early polling, is that this election will not be about the issues

There is no way given an honest appraisal of what is happening in this country that the polls would even be close

This election will be about race, voter disenfranchisement, massive marketing/disinformation budgets, and the old republican stand-by, rigged elections in GOP controlled states, of which there are many

I continue to urge a plan B if the unthinkable happens...and it may
