Dodd-Frank does none of the above, and therefore, it didn't address one damned root cause of the financial crisis. Actually it does address some... with the Volcker Rule. Which I'm sure your Republicans will throw out, along with a lot of other bank regulation. After they lower taxes on the rich and corporations and raise taxes on the middle class. And give additional subsidies to the oil companies. And start a war with Iran. And throw out Obama's CAFE standards. Yep, just what you're looking for.
