Yeah, well, Obama tried to give us money for an electric train, but Scott Walker sent it back. That's life, I always sort of hoped Walker's good friends the Koch Brothers would maybe send a few jobs our way as a consolation prize, but that didn't happen either.

I'd like to say this is all due to Obama giving us money for the electric train, or because of Jerry Brown, but, to be honest, it's prolly due to both.
Construction on the high speed railroad is still well off in the future, so that's not it.
