Thanks for the insight. I agree that the senior debt will likely own most of the reorganized company common (although might be able to do 50% debt/50% equity if clipper production is good). Still even at 30K BOE/pd and $75 per BOE (to allow for gas production) I think the non-senior bonds should be good for more than 50% of par (granted as an equity interest)?? Best Regards, A51
