HL, When we where kids playing ball in the streets of Chicago, sometimes there where some kids who were "athleletically disadvantaged". Whenever it was one of these kids turn to bat or do anything else we would allow them a certain amount of "do overs" to make things more even. We took pity on their inability to perform up to certain standards. On behalf of this thread, I would like to tke pity on you and allow you a "do over". It is not going to be any fun arguing with you if you don't know certain rudimentary facts. Why don't you take a few days and study up on the subject? You can start at Naxos' website. When you're done, you can come back and ask a few questions. Then we can play. If not, you can continue to post, and try to gain knowldege as we go along. If we were together, I would speak slower and louder. You have insinuated some very serious charges against Naxos Resources. I would like for you to answer publicly and without ambiguity... Has the management of Naxos or their representatives committed fraud upon the shareholders of NAXOF stock? Put up or shut up time. Be careful how you answer. You may indeed find yourself in a situation where the burden of proof is on you. Bruce
