Dennis, Bob, others: I have been out of Zenith since early-mid September - 10 15/16ths to be exact - but continue to watch patiently for an re-entry point. If your hatched plan to get Bob on the BOD is successful, I would view this as - not a sign of reaching as others might argue - but as a realistic sign that Zenith is indeed opening up to new insights necessary to kick-start this company on the road to CE success. I'm familiar with investment opportunities the likes of Zenith. What is required before getting too serious with these turnarounds is a catalyst. In Zenith's case: a barnstorming technology & sales savvy leader to replace Wilmont who can attract managers who know how to kick-A__. LE is up to its eyeballs in problems back home. The best thing they can do is appoint, delegate and then step-aside. Bob, if you can somehow talk you way onto the BOD, fine - but make damn sure they leave plenty of room for other mindhshare-changing revolutionaries. I don't see signs of a catalyst emerging just yet. Zenith is always behind the frontlines, in the fringes of things. The company needs leadership, pure and simple, period. Someone to set a vision and execute. Bob, I admire your courage and persistence. Who am I to say this, but it must be not unlike giving birth. You know the potential greatness and are more than willing to see through the short term pain and uncertainty as you wait for things to come together. I hope they are indeed listening to this thread and take some of the ideas seriously. I happen to think the decline of the WON is impacting this stock for the worse. People are discounting LG's desire and determination to see their investment in ZE through. We need concrete positive signs from LE that they are serious: hire the calalyst!! Good luck to all!
