if infrastrurture value is on top of PV10, good for us! one thing that is not clear to me is whether things like depreciation is charged against the PV10 number. if not, then should only use PV of residual value of infrastructure. if it is charged against then using something closer to current value would be more appropriate.

as to taxes...well one cannot have it both ways. one can not get income and avoid the taxes or get the income and pay the taxes. they do have loss carry forwards, but not enough to absorb all of the PV10 projected income.

i know ATPG has claimed reserves tend to grow as they produce. color me a bit skeptical of statements made by ATPG management. just a few short months ago we were approaching an inflection point, had plenty of liquidity and little near term maturities, and then 4 months later....

I wouldn't hold my breath on Israel being worth anything to ATP. We'll see how it plays out.
