The August issue [Edition 11, 22 Aug] listed 21 oil service stocks with a total of 17 stars. The November issue [Edition 11, 21 Nov] listed 21 oil service stocks with a total of 19 stars. Value Line's stars are categorized as follows: Two stars ** = "Rank highest for Timeliness". One star * = "Rank above average". In August there were 4 *s and 9 s. In November there were 4 *s and 11 s. In other words, Value line has increased their recommendations from August to November. Since some oil service stocks are approaching, or are even below, August price levels, I would think there are gigantic bargains out there right now. I don't get Value Line's regular edition. Perhaps someone else can fill us in on that. Hope this helps. Ice
