B: Texas small town values are very different from US Metro and Suburban values and for the most part they want to keep them that way. Those values are suited to small town life in Texas, but not elsewhere. they resent outsiders telling them what to teach thier kids. M:Got it You defend the maintenance of ignorance as a value on a case by case basis I knew there was reason I left the GOP 50 years ago B: Just stating my take away from both having been in and having read about life in Small Texas Towns ("The Last Picture" show anyone/)
