That will keep them from earning negative rates.Those that have capital will on average lose to inflation over the next 10 years.Beter we should have let the banks fail and those with unearned wealth would have lost it like 1929.The govt bailed out the banks at the cost of the general public,the wealthy did not lose and everyone got the debt.Most cant even identify the enemy

Taxing the top 10% 100% of their income will pay for 1/3 of last years deficit.It is game over for the status quo all around.The current government is and likely will continue to impoverish America.We are still living 30% above our means much like the Europeans.Germany will do the best in the developed world.China will have the greatest relative wealth increase.The US is a socialist country,you have reached nirvana and you dont see it.Isnt it ironic that Obamas health plan would mark the peak of socialism.Isnt it ironic that China is the only insurance that socialism has peaked.Isnt it ironic that Wall Street is not capitalist
