Build a modern version of what we were building in the post WW 2 boom using technology, our sophisticated capital markets, very low cost of capital and close access to the largest consumer market in the world to our advantage. Of course need heavy investment into our energy and transportation infrastructure and education systems. It ain't happening in the current political climate..
