Their methodology for the PV-10 number was in the first day filing. kccllc.net I am going to look at it closely. Also the first day filing had the term sheets on the DIP. Fipper, etc. and I have been working on what the real numbers are. When we get a better handle, I will post something with their permission. Note on folks following court filings, "Pro hac vice" are nothing more than lawyers announcing to the court that they are representing somebody, ignore those filings. "Pro hac vice" basically stands for "I come for him" in a loose translation from the Latin.
