As long as ECRI's WLI growth keeps moving up... my SPY buy at the $127.50 dip feels relatively safe....

I've always thought buying on dips is playing with matches..
For me, the buy the dips is more I buy what I have on a buy list when technical and/or fundamentals bring it down to what I think is a bargain price.

It has been hard to hold on to that buy for my explore portfolio and some other buys I made, but it just seems so many hate the market... how many message boards even talked about "shorts" back in 2000?
