Shame on me for not discussing the count when I talked to Mike Millis.

It wouldn't have mattered. You would not have been given these higher numbers from the company. Others have called for numbers but these higher numbers have just been released, nobody here knew about them.

Since I know for a fact that the company reads these posts and has since early on, I am wondering why no one ever bothered to correct us in our assumption of fewer shares.

That's a very good point. Since the company does read these posts, I would like to say publicly to the company's representatives that you need to keep us informed, especially when it comes to outstanding shares, float changes, changes in revenues or expenses, or anything that can potentially spook the investor (even if assets were acquired). We need to know these things early on. Investors don't like surprises (unless they are good ones).

Now, there may be a reason that these new numbers were just released. I am sure that this will be brought up on Monday.
