As I said mostly false. You can't count people being happy that other people were accidentally wiped out by disease as bio warfare- and the smallpox blanket thing is a small isolated event. Many people believe there was wholesale biowarfare against the Indians and I've seen no evidence for that. Unless you are supporting my point that the biowarfare argument is mostly apocryphal. I can't tell from your post whether you meant to support what I said, or whether you thought you were arguing against my point.
