Arun, you can't make a chimp intelligent by giving them a good education, or a lot of money. I know it's fashionable to think all babies born are equally endowed, but that's wrong. Genetics really do have a dominant effect on intelligence. You can make an intelligent zygote into a unintelligent adult, but you can't make an unintelligent zygote into a smart adult. That's just how it is.
