Will: I think another 10% down from 26.5 would be ideal. With your "logic" another 100% down from here is still more ideal.<< Hi Sankar - your reductio ad absurdum is a little unfair to Will. There is a reliable historical pattern of 10% plus corrections retesting their lows, which we haven't had yet. In '87, the retest of the lows took place in early december. I'm not saying it will happen again, but a retest would inject a little bit of needed fear in the market, and might be positive in the long run.
