First of all the top marginal rate in Europe is about 50% not the % they pay in taxes.Next the following video does not look at state taxes (nor the fact that a 50% of all income tax would bring in much less than expected due to those taxed cutting back on work to increase free time) I hope there are higher taxes on income from capital/investment and /or a tax on those earning over a million (unlikely to be direct work related) but it is still game over socialism.The current budget deficit is killing the middle class.There is inflation in real commodity prices being covered by the downward price in the 85% of inflation which is not related to commodity prices(Inputs other than wages going up and wages going down).When that deflation ends the cost of the budget deficit will be much clearer
