With welfare cash on tap, such quality control is encouraged. The results are hideously cruel. NZ's government experiments with infant development gravity result in many horrific MADs. Virtuous Victorian Values are not part of the ideology. There is no Mummy to help. The government's eugenics programme is failing as surely and cruelly as the first time it was fashionable in the earlly to mid 20th century. Germany deliberately murdered the smartest DNA in the world, along with others. NZ is breeding the dumbest people they can get. Government eugenics programmes are comparable with other efforts they make. They mean well but nature is a harsh task master. Leave the eugenics to women. Women are quite selective of who supplies sperm, normally. Certainly, the overall result is to filter male DNA relentlessly and mercilessly. With the big shortage of women in China, the young men must be finding the eugenics programme of China quite stringent. Female foeticide will have the unintended consequence of selecting "the right stuff" from the hordes of males on offer. Made in China infants are being upgraded. Mqurice
