The wheels of justice grind slowly, except when they fall off altogether. In the long history of slimeball casino operators, from Vegas or elsewhere, I don't know if particularly many have faced many legal consequences, though I imagine a few have had somewhat more consequential problems with their mafia consorts.

I imagine Adelson has sort of a tightrope to walk with the Chinese in Macau, and eventually they'll just get tired of him. I assume he has enough billions safely stashed away that he'll always be welcome somewhere. It'd be nice if he had to vacate the US, but I'm not holding my breath on that one. And the current SC would probably be happy to let him mail in his millions to whatever dubious politicians he's employing on Israel's behalf from wherever. Anonymously too, if that was needed to protect said employees from public association.

Sorry, somehow Adelson just sends me into extreme sarcasm mode.
