The easiest way is get blank DVD and backup your iTunes purchases to that disc. Then start iTunes up on the other machine, insert the DVD and it will detect the DVD and ask you if you want to import the music. It will import all your settings, like favorites, playlists, etc. (This is the fastest way, cause you preserve all your settings)

The other way is to copy the entire folder onto a Flashdrive or external hard drive and copy to the new computer, making sure you put the music in the right folder, then go into iTunes and add all the folders to it.
