the mere fact that the stock is cheap does not automatically warrant investment considerations.

Who is claiming otherwise?

My take is that by the end of the year FB will be in the low teen and might join Zynga as Penny stock.
I don't understand - are you predicting low teens, or are you predicting penny stock?
