Rocky Mountain and the town of Ten Sleep signed an agreement on November 8, 1994, which called for Rocky Mountain to build a bottling facility. The contract says in part: "The Operator shall forfeit all payments made if the bottling plant is not built at the two (2) years anniversary of this Contract. In that circumstance, the Contract shall be void unless extended by mutual agreement." The Mayor of Ten Sleep has informed us that no extensions to the agreement have been granted. Therefore Rocky Mountain has had no contract what-so-ever with the town of Ten Sleep Wyoming for better than eleven (11) months. ***** Funny, the old facilities was crankin' out the H2O, and now the new facilities is under construction.... I guess Tensleep ain't as upset as some would lead us to believe!!
