To put it bluntly, those "experts" are parasites who make their money by providing MD's with legal structures which are absolutely useless - but needed in order to be in compliance with dumb government regulations. They charge about 1/3 of the retainer. There are several such companies. The Doc I mentioned in my note is in NY, but uses a different company, based, I believe, in the Midwest. NY does not have a monopoly on scams... LOL. In fairness, they are not scams, but opportunists, capitalizing on big, complex government generated crap. Can only hope that Ryan's reform will help to get rid of them... let them do something useful for a living.
