You'll like this. The UK equivalent is the Department of Energy and Climate Change. It's all part of global conspiracy to make Americans pay higher utility bills. It's not really..... I was joking. I haven't looked lately, but I think you'll find Cheviot's development plan is approved, and that's about it. Also, check out the Health and Safety Executive's website. Now there's a regulator with teeth of steel! You don't want to get on the wrong side of those boys.
