Thanks, M~ SI has been an important part of my life for the last several years too....And that seems odd to most everyone I talk to about it.....SI has always seemed like a village to me, with individual houses (or the Salons of Old,) where people gathered to listen to some new thoughts, poetry, music, or whatever was the topic of the day... We meet each other through our brains here on SI....The most interesting thing is that we can learn and participate as much or as little as we with, with people all over the US, and in some cases, around the world (Mq.....where are you?)---Plus the added bonus of not having to get dressed up in our finery to go out of our homes..... I admire so many of the folks here for their ability to communicate so well via the written word, and for bring such interesting and informing ideas and articles to our attention. This is better than any newspaper or magazine in the entire world..... We learn more and it is such more fun participating in whatever way we can. Hope you and the family are doing well.....Miss seeing you! It's another BEAUTIFUL day here in Seattle....looks like it will continue for the better part of the week....Temps in the 70's, a very light breeze, sunny, blue skies, and very scant clouds.......Trust me, we EARNED this good weather this summer! But oddly enough, we have set a 120 year record of zero rain since July 4th....Amazing!
