COP has been one of my best performers and now with a 5.5% dividend, it is one of the highest dividend payers too.

@ today's closing price of 56.21, COP is currently yielding 4.7%.

EXC much unloved here is yielding 5.8%, but continuing to fall.

Hi E_K_S.

Yes O is overweight in my IRA, but I have cut it back from 18%. I just can't see any reason to sell more when they just keep on keeping on, like today:

"Realty Income said the transaction is immediately accretive and is expected to generate about 20 cents to 22 cents a share in additional funds from operations annually and,
upon closing, will allow the company to increase its annual dividends to shareholders by about 13 cents a share to an annual rate of about $1.94 a share."

I got tired of waiting for a pullback to add it for my oldest in her Roth and recently bought it for her at $42.

Doesn't surprise me that BOX is at a high since they have raised their dividend three quarters in a row and still have a payout ratio around 53%, with a PE <9.

I would much rather sell a stock going nowhere than one hitting new highs, otherwise I feel I am cutting my legs off, especially when my income is increasing.

As far as growth, I hold MHR in my taxable account, but this account is for income only.

Would like to have some COP, just haven't figured out how yet.

"What's you strategy on balancing the portfolio?"

Don't have one. Seems I can be my own worst enemy, so mostly just want to leave well enough alone.
More income each quarter and I'm happy.
