As it turns out, CBO has already modified this number. It started at 32 Million, and now it is UNDER 30 Million. It can go as low as 16 million before you hit the ones who are getting it free.

Yes, it will increase the number w/o insurance because it will be cheaper for some folks to pay the tax than pay insurance premiums.

Maybe. But in addition to them, some folks will drop their existing insurance.

If you don't buy and get seriously ill you pay the fine and try to find a company that will take you without making you jump through hoops......

You don't understand Obamacare is going to keep them from doing that.
