I was contacted by a broker hired by PVCT about the sale of preferred shares PVCTP and warrants. He will be sending me a prospectus early next week. His name was Andy with the Maximum Group 800-537-6923 x 3308 The details of the offering were not fixed yet, but he thought that the dividend would be 8% payable in additional shares of PVCT stock. He thought the preferred shares would trade well above $1.00 and include warrants. I have no idea if this is a good option for someone who wants to own more of PVCT. He talked about PVCT wanting to raise $14M to fund phase 3. I hope to know more next week.
