Dana,

I think your last sentences pretty much summarize what I have to say:

"I truly wish you well since no one deserves to lose money in the market unless they are short. Your style of investing contrasts with mine but so what? Happy Holidays to you and your family and may '98 bring you financial success!"

Hey Dana, I think we should take more easy on this stock thing and the posts on SI as there is no need to have an ulcer to get rich. I take care of myself and you take care of yourself, and there is no need for us to argue about a particular trading style. The important thing is that we all prosper. I pretty much don't post much about my own trading, so don't expect me to warn people when I do. Most of my posts nowadays are about the fundamentals of a company. My posts about fundamentals are serious and true, but everything else is for fun.

I also have a twisted sense of humor, so please again don't take too seriously when I gripe about a CEO. If I have no respect for Noam Lotan or for Eli Harari, I wouldn't be in those stocks in the first place. And I am pretty sure that if Noam or Eli read my posts, they will be "Rolling on the Floor Laughing their A.. Off" too. Aren't all CEOs and leaders supposed to have thick skin? Do our presidents take seriously when people poke fun at them?

No need to brag here but all I can say is that I am doing pretty well this year. And I hope you and everybody else do too.

Mike.

Dana,

I forgot to comment about BA.

BA has already announced that they will have losses for the next 2,3 quarters while the company upgrades its production facilities and takes care of the merger. After the next earnings release, Yahoo and other financial publications will start to show a PE of N/A. When ill informed investors see a N/A PE for a couple of quarters, they will start to dump the stock. That's my current prediction but of course, you will have to play by ears and watch the movement of the stock. Nobody can tell for sure the movement of a stock for a couple of quarters. Short term, the analysts are still promoting BA as they need to bail out and who knows where the stock will go. Eventually, they will downgrade the stock.

I like stocks with good fundamentals like BA when it's predictable when the company will turn around. If the stock drops below 40 or better off close to 30, you can bet the farm with this one very safely.

Mike.

OFF TOPIC: Dana, don't forget that in a bull market EVERYONE is an analyst. What happened to all those 50% no brainer folks?? Well, I've still got a good return locked for the year and that's with MRV at these levels. I, as a person who does this for a living,(that just means some folks actually take my advice) look forward to a market that only goes up 10% a year and when all the internet "bandits" blow themselves up. Write calls folks. We ain't out of the woods yet.
