I picked up the offering circular today, 184 heavy pages. Stockbrokers in Sweden received it today (Tuesday), and they will mail a thin compact version to all shareholders on Tuesday and Wednesday. You have to phone your stockbroker or IPC or Yorkton and ask for the complete merger proposal. Lundin Oil is anticipated to start trading on January 12. Unfortunately IPC is still following most other small oil companies (like Arakis...) down, but I expect a new trend to start during this month. Sands and IPC are planning some activities (meetings, speeches, investment seminars) the week before christmas. The extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of Sands will be held on December 18. I think we can hope for some media coverage in Sweden.
