Natural gas liquids aren't crude and condensate.
Corn ethanol isn't, either, nor is tarsands bitumen, nor algae biofuel or coal to liquid.

That reminds me; 10% or so of our gasoline is corn ethanol; the drought is wreaking havoc on the corn crop. That should raise gas prices again, and spark a discussion about food or fuel. Personally, I can cope with the idea of people starving better than I can with an empty gas tank.
