I agree with you on that one Cents and think that we will have other technologies which are environmental friendly complementing the Ozone technology as alternatives to Irradiation. The other side of the house (Not Irradiation) seems to be picking up speed of late. But we should do well in spite of that. Besides the technology being used by pure pulse may not have the same ease of use/effectiveness with poultry, beef etc. Cents if you have read the article in had put in my previous post yesterday you will notice what an overkill Purdue is doing in keeping their product safer. If they keep on doing that their prices will no longer be competetive even though i realize that the company is taking extra measures to prevent contamination in their chicken.
