As long as you follow a market timing model that you can trust, then you should be okay... and even then, we always have to be very cautious about these markets... my model is short, it has been short since 8/20 from 1417.90, I trust my model but I still don't trust these markets... as long as you're not overloaded and you have some safety mechanisms built into your model, then you should be okay, I'm definitely rooting for you to make a fortune, I've been watching the UPRO carefully all this time knowing that you're still long... one would think at some point we would see a rally, but then who really knows what these overly manipulated markets will actually do...

The main bias has been to the upside over the past few years, these markets have more than doubled in price from their old lows, so anyone playing the short side for any length of time has to be extremely nimble or will get hurt... so, I suppose, if I had to take a long term position, I would also probably take the long side as long as the position is very light, just playing it more safe than sorry...
