Shege, Guess I am more used to electric power trade shows which we do frequently. Booth space 1k to 2k table & chairs come with booth display transport $500 travel expense & hospitality room 2k total budget $4k to 5k plus staff prep time With costs like you are quoting for DCI, it is easy to see why companies are backing off. With costs of over $50k plus more for staff prep time, you must almost be certain of incremental sales to make it worthwhile.
