There is an arb there which is probably why stock under pressure. Arb if you could short it today is like 80% on pref bought. If I trusted Etrade to get it right, that could be fun.

The prospectus seems unclear to me. It's clear that the conversion rate would change tp 20:1 if for example someone had bought out the common at $1 / share. Not entirely clear though that a bankruptcy is a qualifying event though.

Has anyone else been able to confirm the offer with their broker? Etrade can't find it - not that this is a great surprise.
