My speculation is that the request from Greece to increase the working week from 40 hours to 48 hours as it was 30 or 40 years ago is a signal to Spain what is in store for them if they ask for EU support, and totaly justified, as the people who enjoyed and spend OPM with abandon should know those moneys must be also paid back, and if needed to work more then be it.

The net result I think will be that Spain will not ask, for help until they will have no choice and as such the yields will go up, EUR down and the EU will be more competitive.
