I'd love to see Brett Baier revisit this with Durbin, but there is no way Durbin is going to allow himself to come within 100 yards of a FoxNews reporter after his interview yesterday. Watching the video, I'd say they didn't get the 2/3 vote needed to approve the changes. What a bunch of maroons.
